Watch for upcoming pictures of our newest Chihuahua babies!

Our Chihuahuas are priced based on several factors, which include:

1) size at maturity- we consider a Chihuahua to be a Chihuahua. Some people make reference to "teacups".

This is still simply a Chihuahua and we define them to be 4 lbs and under.

2) color and hair type. Blues, chocolates, blue-fawn, unusual markings. Sometimes Long-coats are higher

3) Bloodlines: champion lineage may be higher. Most of our Chihuahuas have Champions in their pedigree.

Some of our Chihuahuas show 4 or 5 generations of our own bloodlines.

We allow our babies to eat and grow to their natural potential!  We do not withhold food or limit their natural intake of nutrients to  get tiny babies.  This cruel process is how some "breeders" achieve the extra small Chihuahuas.  Our tinies are naturally tiny, and are healthy.  Because we do not like to rush the offering or sending off of our tiny Chihuahua babies, it is not uncommon that we have puppies for sale that are between 10 and 16 weeks of age.  Our top priority is for the safety of our babies, and therefore they remain here with us longer than you will find with many other breeders.

A word about the molera, fontanel, or "soft spot" that occurs in many of the Chihuahuas.  This is a recognized part of the Chihuahua, and is noted in the breed standard.  You can read more about this on the Chihuahua Club of America website at this link:

www.chihuahuaclubofamerica.com  (go to Breed Info, then Breed Standard, Molera Statement)
